The Fall Event basically is like a baking programme. You need to cook up recipes worth stars to receive a Grand Prize, each time. It is just a visual record of how many recipes you have cooked up, for the current Grand Prize. Upon cooking them, you will win some possible prizes. You need to use up a predefined amount of ingredients to cook them (visible in below the star rating of the recipes). Each day, it can be won from all the bakes. This is an additional layer of the event which involves prizes on the basis of participation in the event. Here you can see what stocks you have of each ingredient. I know I didn't until mid way through.As you can see, the above screen contains 6 primary elements. That was pretty subtle though, I don't think many players realized it until they got deep into the Event. As long as a player put the Books as a lower priority, finding Books and farming the Book Quests allowed around two extra full Toolsets and allowed a player some discretion on getting both Grand Prizes and either chasing more Books or more Pumpkins. So yeah, while Events are rigged, they are rigged so that good play will get you one thing, but as the saying goes, 'If you chase two rabbits, you will catch neither.'Īs an aside, the Book subgame actually enabled chasing multiple Goals. This puts the onus on the payer to prioritize what Goal they want out of the Event and play the Event accordingly. INNO also designs the Event so that the player can usually achieve only one of those Goals without spending, IF(!) the player plays the Event well, This means players have choices, In this event there were three different Goals: Collect Books for the Librarian Reward, collect Pumpkins for Daily Prizes, collect Vials to get the Gran Prizes including lvl 9 Asylum. As have all Event for the last three or so years.
